Simple, honest pricing

One package. Three levels. A real quote, not a guess.

Every level gets you clean, CPA-reviewed books and a cash system that tells you what you can pay yourself. The only thing that changes as you move up is how often we sit down with you. What you pay depends on your books, so we quote it after we have actually looked at them.

How we quote Book a free fit call

One package, not two services

Bookkeeping that also pays you.

Bookkeeping and cash advice usually come as two separate services. Here they're one. Your books tell you what happened, and the cash system tells you what to do about it: what is safe to spend, what to set aside for taxes, and what you can actually pay yourself. Every level below includes both.

Pricing: One Package, Three Levels

How we arrive at your number.

Most bookkeeping stops at a closed month. Every level below gets you clean, CPA-reviewed books and a cash system that sets aside taxes and profit before you spend. The only thing that changes as you move up is how often we sit down with you.

Three things drive the number: how many accounts and transactions you have, whether you carry inventory, and how far behind the books are. A clean set of books on one bank account is not the same job as eighteen months of catch-up across four accounts with inventory, so quoting you before we have looked would either overcharge you or set us both up for a bad conversation later.

So we look first. The $497 Diagnostic Review is where that happens: we go inside your QuickBooks, document what is actually there, and quote a flat monthly fee from what we find. The $497 is credited toward your first month, so if you come on board it costs you nothing net.

Which level is right for you?

Same package at every level. The difference is how often we sit down together.

Foundations

Includes: Clean, CPA-reviewed books, the cash system, quarterly strategy meetings, and your business tax return, prepared and filed. That covers whatever your business files, a Schedule C, an S corp, or a partnership.

Who it’s for: Owners who want clean, reliable books and the cash system running, with a check-in each quarter. A good fit when the business is steady and you don’t need frequent strategy time.

Meetings: Quarterly strategy meeting.

Move up when: you have questions between quarters, or you’re making bigger decisions (hiring, equipment, a new sales channel) and want a monthly set of eyes.

Growth

Includes: Everything in Foundations, plus your personal tax return, with estimated payments handled. You and your spouse filing jointly count as one return. If your business has more than one owner or partner, each additional owner’s personal return is quoted separately.

Who it’s for: Owners actively growing who want a monthly conversation about the numbers, not just a report. Most of our clients land here.

Meetings: Monthly strategy meeting.

Move up when: decisions are happening weekly, cash is tight or lumpy, or you want a CPA on call rather than on a schedule.

Partner

Includes: Everything in Growth, plus room for a second entity.

Who it’s for: Owners who want their CPA close in, with priority access and the most frequent cadence. Best for more complex or faster-moving businesses.

Meetings: Bi-weekly meetings, plus priority access between them.

What’s included at every level.

  • ✓ Books categorized, reconciled, and CPA-reviewed every month
  • ✓ P&L and balance sheet delivered every month
  • ✓ Your cash accounts set up and maintained: Profit, Owner’s Pay, Taxes, Operating Expenses
  • ✓ Strategy meetings at your level’s cadence: quarterly, monthly, or bi-weekly
  • ✓ Email access to your CPA team between meetings
  • ✓ Your business tax return, whether it’s a Schedule C, an S corp (1120-S), or a partnership (1065), prepared and filed by the CPAs who keep your books
  • ✓ Taxes set aside every month, so April is never a surprise
  • $1 Million Tax Audit Defense on every return we file, plus identity theft restoration, at no extra cost
  • ✓ Year-round, tax-ready books. No January scramble

Have a business partner or more than one owner? Your monthly package covers the full business return for the whole company, no matter the entity. One owner’s personal return is included once you’re on Growth or above (a married couple filing jointly counts as one), and each additional owner or partner’s personal return is quoted separately.

Add what you need.

Some businesses need a little more. These are available at every level and quoted on your fit call.

  • Payroll: run and reconciled with your books.
  • Sales tax: tracked and filed for the states where you owe it.

What we don’t do (so there are no surprises).

We would rather be clear up front than have you find out later.

  • We are not an audit or attest firm. We don’t issue audited or reviewed financial statements.
  • We don’t build deep job-costing systems. For contractors we handle the bookkeeping and cash side cleanly; full project-cost accounting is outside the package.

30-day money-back guarantee on all packages. If your first month of completed books doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll refund it, no questions asked. We’re confident enough in our work to put that in writing.

This pricing isn’t for everyone. That’s intentional.

We’re not the cheapest bookkeeping option and we never will be. If you’re shopping purely on price, we’re genuinely not your firm. Our pricing reflects two licensed CPAs reviewing your books, a boutique roster we cap on purpose, and a pay-yourself-first cash system built into every plan. If you want your books to inform your decisions, protect your cash, and tell you what you can pay yourself, that’s exactly what this pays for.
